Mayville is a lovely Wisconsin town along the Rock River in Dogde County. New housing continues at a moderate pace, with people moving here as an alternative to city life. The TAG Center located in Mayville was built to enhance the quality of life of all residents of Mayville and the surrounding area by providing a central gathering place in which to pursue recreational, social, and educational interests. It will be a defining structure and serve as a focal point for the community. The Center will reflect the attributes of excellence shown by its Founders and will contribute to the sense of community pride.

Mayville is also home to many parks one of these being the Mayville Golf Course located on the southeast part of the city. It features 18 holes of golf with carts. Memberships are available for a wide variety of ages and family plans. There is also a club house which is available for rental for weddings, birthdays, retirement or reunion parties.
